2. Description of Service
SupportMonk provides an AI-powered customer support widget and analytics platform for indie developers and small businesses. Our Service includes:
- Embeddable AI chat widget for websites and applications
- Analytics dashboard for tracking support queries and trends
- AI model training and customization based on your documentation
- Message management and export capabilities
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using Google or GitHub authentication. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
We offer the following subscription tiers:
- Starter (Free): Limited messages, basic AI model, limited analytics
- Maker ($7/month): 1,000 messages, optimized AI models, advanced analytics, full data customization
- Shipper ($25/month): 5,000 messages, best-in-class models, top-tier analytics, export and AI analysis
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SupportMonk and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you provide to train your AI assistant. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it solely for providing the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupportMonk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI responses will always be accurate or appropriate for your specific use case.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
